In collaboration with the Center for Living and Learning, Root & Rebound will hold a training in the San Fernando Valley to speak with directly impacted individuals and their family members about the laws that impact their daily lives. The training will cover issues such as basic ID, housing, parole and probation, public benefits, employment rights and the LA Fair Chance Initiative, and much more. Our team will give all attendees information on our reentry resources and how to access legal assistance more generally.

Thanks for having this to help reentry folks and offenders having challenges. Should of poss. Been on Thurs to be closer to L.A. seminar as another two nights added to the two already for these folks adds financial burden and may over extend registration requirements of non-local registrants and be in line@LASO registering and not re- arrested. Good intentions though. Maybe families could attend.
